If you’re in the NYC area, we’re throwing a benefit party tomorrow night (Friday the 21st).

7pm onward

We’ll have bands, DJs, a raffle, and discounted beer to give you an awesome time.

We’ll also be collecting items for a care package to send over to SF if you’d like to bring something.

To get there by subway: Take the L to Morgan Ave. Exit near Bogart St. Walk South on Bogart (or Morgan if you find yourself there instead) until you reach Flushing and turn right. It’ll be on the South side of the street.

GABE! we did an awesome thing for you last night! i’m sure you’ll hear all the details from plenty of others, but we absolutely went nuts all for you. awesome show, awesome dancing, awesome cupcakes, awesome support. we love you man.

To Gabe, Kierie, and the Fam:

These events that took place really opened my eyes to what a community we have here in Nueva York. We all came together for one guy, a special guy. I made the run around, speaking to different people all night and the impact Gabe has on them. I teared up a ton of times, but tears of joy because I got to experience the amount of people that CARE about this guy.

To the family: I know Kierie knows and has probably spread the word, but I just want to reiterate how much everyone here in New York is pulling for Gabe. Such positive vibes and energy coming from across the country. There is no way he isn’t feelin’ it. We love the guy! Im sure when he finds out about the cupcakes Anne and I prepared, he is going to command we make them again. But, we would.

So I make a pledge now, every time I ride over the bridges from Manhattan to Brooklyn or vice versa, I’m going to say a little something for Gabe into the East River. Somehow that makes me feel like these good vibrations will echo through out the city of New York

Katlyn, knowing how many times you cross those bridges in a day there will be a lot of words in those waters!
