Around noon Friday I looked outside the big picture window of my store and there was Gabe with his green cycling hat, his sunglassed and his turbo wheelchair motivating towrds the door.A big wave w the right hand. 9 months has passed and he's motivating!!. Kierie visited the shop to show me his new I Pad while he was napping. So, while Gabe has a long way to go still, this chapter has some normalcy. We're all working hard for Gabe, tho not as hard as he is. Sunday we put him in the big black Fajita van for a cook out of veggie burgers and sides at the old Winterport farm. That should be quite the event for Gabe to see the old home after all this time. Then back to BR ( Brewer Rehab Center) We call it Baskin Robbins. So keep on rooting and praying,, Gabe is on the move Unbelievable.
